Applicable Scope

The high vacuum oil diffuse unit is a set of complete pumping system consisting of the high vacuum oil diffuse pump as the main pump. Compatible containers to be pumped can be directly connectedwith the unit so that a high vacuum state can be obtained by the pumped container. The high vacuuoil diffuse pump unit is widely used in the fields such as electronics, metallurgy, atomic energy engineering and space simulation.
